Start9 Server Network Card Not Working?

After a power outage I was no longer able to connect to the Start9 server, which was on a UPS. Also my router stopped working so I replaced it.

I connected a monitor and keyboard to the Start9 and saw it gave “Clock Sync Error”.

So I checked the router settings as recommended but I still got the clock sync error.

I had my computer guy double check the router configuration and he could find nothing wrong. He connected his phone to the Start9 and used it as a wifi connection and the Start9 got an ip address and the clock error went away.

He surmised the network card had failed as there was an orange and green light on the card and neither changed when a network cable was plugged in. He said he expected the light to turn off or flash.

Does anyone know if there is a way to check the network card or have any other suggests on how to resolve this issue?

New router, okay cool. Are you trying to connect through a windows pc by chance?
