Start9 Server Pure stop working

Hi,
My Server Pure stopped working last night. it’s not getting power, it does’nt turn on.

Hi, were you doing something when it stopped working? Did you have a power outage?

There really isn’t any information in your post for us to go off to try and help you. Giving us more information about what you were doing & what might have happend around your setup when it stopped working would really be helpful here.

We’ll have a few questions to ask, in particular the troubleshooting steps you’ve gone through so far, a couple of questions about the power supply and of course your order number.

Server had been working fine, suddenly it shut down and I wasn’t able to power it on.

Yes I did
I mostly use the server for my lighting node. Nothing else was really going on.
