Start9OS on a PC. Need help

I just bought a Start9OS-flashed repurpused pc. It is already running Core. It’s synced and everything.

But there are 2 things I’d like to do. 1) I want to reflash the firmware so that the person that sold it to me doesnt know my addresses. 2) Look into running Knots. - I know this one is going to upset some folks. But I just want to cast my vote.

And choose to factory reset the server.

Running Knots is fine, you’ll find it in the Community Registry.

It says knots is already installed. But when i go to it, it just takes me to core.
