My server consistently has time out issues and difficulty running multiple services. For instance, I will have 1 app running and then I start another app or interact with an app and it causes the one/s that were running to time out and be unresponsive.
I am thinking maybe my system isn’t powerful enough for Start9?

Those specs are more than enough to run StartOS (Start9 is not StartOS, one is a company the other is an operating system).
The question is, are those specs enough to run the services? (not apps, those are on your phone).
You don’t mention what services you’re running, so I can’t really answer the question fully, but timeouts on health checks are common when system resources are low. One of the most resource hungry services you can run on StartOS is Bitcoin, and I usually explain that people need two out of three key components to be good otherwise it won’t work (fast processor, fast SSD, 16GB+ RAM).
It was the server going into a sleep state that made services time-out. There was a setting in BIOS that disables Sleep mode. Turning this on fixed my issues.
Where before all running services would time out if I started another service, now there are zero time-outs with 7 services running.
