Troubleshooting LAN connections

The situation:

  • Everything had been working fine for close to a year
  • I recently upgraded my router, and while messing with that also briefly lost power to my Start9 server. I suspect one of those things caused the issue.
  • Since then, I can’t reach any services over LAN from either my laptop or phone (DNS address not found)
  • I can connect to adj-noun.local
  • All services show as running/green
  • I’ve tried restarting StartOS, but that didn’t change anything

Seems like a networking issue, but I’m not an expert at that. Can anyone suggest some troubleshooting steps?

And, of course…immediately after posting this, it just starts working again.
