Unable to complete initial back up RPC ERROR

I am unable to find a fix for this Error: RPC ERROR Network Error Name-query failed to find name, Have gone through the set up process multiple times incase I missed a step, spend hours trying to GROK a fix but no success.
Out of options!

An option that sometimes works is to try using the IP address instead of the host name when performing network backups.

I did try that as well but no go, I think I am at the stage where it’s now over my head, I’ve spent at least 20 hours on this and no result!
Hopefully find a Tech guy to sort it out!
