Unable to receive sats to my alby hub-lnd

About a month ago I found out I could no longer receive sats to my Alby hub, but I can send out though. I have no idea what the issue could be, I reached out to alby hub support and they recommended the following:

  1. Contact Start9 Support with screenshots of the LND app status and its logs, optionally also bitcoin core screenshot of the status page when it is out of sync + logs.

  2. Confirm with Start9 that this is indeed a hardware issue, due to a very new SSD just purchased disk installed in a very old computer, and consider getting another hardware from your Start9.

Currently everything is in sync and here are the LND logs. Plus, everything was working fine with this old hardware a few months ago, so I do not really think that is the issue.

Here is the lnd log (opens in tor browser):

You didn’t provide the other logs that Alby suggested you provide. I also replied to your email with the following…

Almost everyone who says they are unable to receive payments to their lightning node has not completely understood the concepts of either inbound/outbound liquidity or of routing. They either have just a single unreliable channel peer or not enough inbound capacity.

If that’s not the case here, and it may not be in your case since there are lots of potential issues in your LND logs, I’d need to see the other logs to have a better understanding of what is happening.

In particular the OS, Kernel and Tor logs under System, as well as the Bitcoin logs.

You also say you have a “very old computer”. Depending on what that means, your computer might not be capable of running Bitcoin in the first place.

Hi, thanks for responding @StuPleb ! I have plenty of inbound capacity, around a month ago, when the problem started, I had open channels with ACINQ, kappa, zeus and LNBG. The last two closed their channels with me since then. Alby Hub support also checked this and confirmed there are no problems with liquidity, they simply told me this problem shouldn’t be happening and it is most likely a LND problem.

I am using an Aspire TC Desktop - TC-866-UR11 for my StartOS, I simply added a 2tb SSD Adata SU650.

Here are the requested logs:

I can only add two link per post as a new user, so I will but the remaining 2 in another reply.

Apparently I can’t share the link to my logs, since they are marked as spam here, but I shared them in the email I sent you. Thank you in advance. If you help me fix this I would gladly donate 20,000 sats.

I don’t know what Aspire model numbers mean, I’d need the actual specifications. I’ve seen a few different potential specifications when searching for that model.

In any case, I’ll respond by email, it’s not necessary to reply to each of your messages twice in two locations, it takes my time away from other people.
