After the initial setup a couple of hours ago, I am unable to log onto the server and get the following message:
RPC ERROR: Database Error
IO Error: Read-only file system (os error 30): Read-only file system (os error 30)

From this screen, always the first thing to try is a hard refresh of your browse. ctrl+shift+r, cmd+shift+r if you use a Mac. Second, try another browser.
