I just purchased a Server Pure and thought it might be a good idea to get a UPS for it - my town has occasional power outages and I’m not sure what if any problems that may cause for the server.
Is anyone else running their server with a UPS? Any recommendations?
Power outages can cause serious damage to your server, we recommend protecting it against them. Using a UPS is the best option.

So can anyone recommend a specific make/model of UPS to use with the Server Pure? I have some technical knowledge so can probably find one that would work okay, but if others are using one that works well for this, I’d appreciate a suggestion.
The Server Pure has no idea what the model you use is.
Many more advanced UPS systems will include some means to interact with an OS to shut things down that the UPS is running out of power… StartOS doesn’t support this yet, so it isn’t something to take into consideration.
So you could just get something that holds as much charge as you can afford.
