Who maintains the community services? There are several that are out of date and I would love to be updated. Specifically, LNDg and BoS.

As the name suggests, these are the responsibility of the broader community. Ideally, the upstream developers of these services would take this responsibility for themselves, but so far this has been rare. It would be helpful for you to contact the upstream team about the service you want to see updated so that they know there is demand for it on this platform.
