Upgrade from 0.3 to 0.4 not going through

upgraded today and it said everything downloaded and prompted for the restart and when it did the screen has my url correct but is just blank and white. no script.

Hit CTRL+SHIFT+R on pc to “hard refresh” the page

Or on mac it’s Command+Shift+R.

I fixed it and i want to share how privately idk if its safe to share?

Any .local hostname or 192.168. or 10. IP address is safe to share.
