Upgrading to 0.4.0.1

After upgrading to 0.4.0.1, another system upgrade appeared and when I went to upgrade, I got the following error:

ErrorCannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘version’)

The notification remains but whenever you select upgrade it throws the error.

There’s no newer OS after v0.4.0.1 (at least not quite yet), so we might need to establish what example you’re doing.

Do you have a login screen, or are you in Diagnostic mode??

If you have a login screen, Hard refresh : Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows/Linux), Cmd+Shift+R (Mac Firefox/Chrome), or Cmd+Option+E then Cmd+R (Safari). If it persists, fully quit and reopen the browser.

Got it sorted out. Server just needed to restart and everything is showing as it should.
