Whisper AI text-to-speech install on Start9 Server One or Linux desktop?

Any whisper text-speach guru’s lurking here? I’d like some advice before diving in to install whisper AI on either linux Desktop or Start9 hardware. Both systems have a lot of processing headroom, used infrequently at this time. Purpose is personal home use to transcribe phone meetings and podcasts from .wav or mp3 files. Here are my three install options. Access via the i’net may be a + in the distant future. The Start9 server is only used locally now.

  1. Install on linux mint (Ubuntu), Desktop
    Processor Intel(R) Core™ i7-14700KF 3.40 GHz
Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.9 GB usable)
    2TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD
    NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 12GB GDDR6X PCIe 4.0 x16

  2. Install with Start9 Nextcloud service on Start9 Server One hardware
    App: Local Whisper Speech-To-Text (stt_whisper2)
App: Local Whisper Speech-To-Text (stt_whisper2) — Nextcloud latest Administration Manual latest documentation

  3. Install with Start9 Nextcloud and FreeGPT-2 services on Start9 Server One hardware

Not all the apps you see in the Nextcloud service function correctly in the StartOS version of Nextcloud.

Here you can find a list of the ones that have been tested and are known to function correctly:

Any others might not function as intended.

Alvaro, Thank You for the quick reply.
