Backup restore from network folder not working

Hi,

when i restarted my Start9 server I had an issue as described here:

Unexpected shutdown: RPC ERROR- Error job for postgresql@15-main.service failed

Was happily running a DIY build until my start9 unit suffered an unexpected shutdown as a result of a power outage. Could not boot up so I had to boot from a flashed USB and recover from existing disk. The boot process from USB and recovery ran smoothly until eventually interrupted by the following error: Error RPC ERROR: Database Error Job for postgresql@15-main.service failed because the service did not take the steps required by its unit configuration. I got some assistance to solve this by Stuart via support mails, unfortunately it didnt work out for me. So I wanted to restore from backup (I did a backup just before the “final” restart), but the backup is not recognized. The network folder was set up according to the documentation for Linux, is connected (via LAN), the credentials are correct, but it still doesnt find the backup and I get the “connection failed” message . Any ideas?

Ok just figured it out: Path needs to be the “Share Name” in the samba config, as described here: Start9 | Linux Network Folder

I used the path on my drive.
