I bought a refurbished HP EliteDesk 800 G4 DM 65W Intel Core i5, 3 GHz, 16 GB DDR4, Intel HD Graphics.
I put a 2TB NVMe in it and got Start9 installed without issues it is working well.
I also have an internal 250GB NVMe which I use for backups.
