Start9 Server One keeps going offline after updating to 0.4.0

The issue seems similar to the behavior described in this post, but that was on a DIY so I wanted to include this separate post for the server one while highlighting the existence of that other post.

As far as I can tell this only started happening after the upgrade to 0.4.0. I can get temporary relief by unplugging the power from my server one and plugging it back in, but after it runs for an hour or so it will just go offline again. Logs sadly unavailable as there is no connectivity. Anybody else experiencing something similar?

Customer support is on https://start9.me/

Yanking the power will eventually destroy your server, if it hasn’t already. Your first port of call is to look at networking and what’s connected on your router. Find your server’s IP, and confirm you can’t access it at that IP address (i.e. https://192.168.x.x), and that you can’t access it via SSH or you can’t ping it.

I am having the same issue. I completed the 4.0.1 update (after having to do the sudo line fix).
Before the update I was having the constant losing connection, reconnecting message. Managed to initiate a proper shutdown during one of the connection times. Seemed to solve it long enough to complete the update. Then after about 20 minutes, it started again.

oh and the loss of connection issue did not show up until after the 4.0 update.

Has anyone checked into this? I still cannot get my server to stop going up and down on the connection. Have there been other reports of this?
